All the accusations against the young quarter back questions of the star's maturity. Winston is expected to declare himself eligible for the upcoming draft after this college football season. Yesterday's suspension did not help in his draft eligibility, as his backup quarterback beat a very good Clemson team who now has fallen to 1-2 on the season. Also his record of getting in trouble will haunt owners and coaches all over the NFL. No team college or professional wants this big of distraction taking over all the media. Negative attention like assault, moves team performance to the background. Look at the Baltimore Ravens right now, everything you hear coming from this franchise is, Ray Rice. Ray Rice this, Ray Rice that. He isn't even on the team anymore, but the team is still stuck in the sticky situation that the player left the team in. Winston has put his team in many bad situations, but always seems to get off scot free. If he keeps putting himself in bad positions, soon he will find himself locked up in a cell, or suspended from both of the games he loves, baseball and football.

Is Jameis Winston Worthy of the Number 1 Overall pic
Arguably the most controversial player in NCAA sports at the moment, Jameis Winston, was benched in FSU's overtime win against Clemson on Saturday. Winston, who was suspended orignally for the first half, was suspended for the second half as ongoing investigations occured. Earlier this year, Winston had been cited for sexual assault and theft of crab legs from a local store. Accusations started flooding over the star after he lead the Seminoles to a National Title, and won the most coveted award in college football, the Heisman Memorial trophy.
